Hunter Vansau, a former collegiate standout, brings his extensive playing experience and passion for baseball to coaching. With a strong background in outfield performance at both the NJCAA and NCAA Division I levels, his accomplishments include:

  • Led Northeast Texas CC in batting average (.378), runs, hits, doubles, & on-base percentage as a sophomore JC standout in 2016.
  • Key contributor for Mississippi State University, with multiple multi-hit games and timely RBI performances throughout the 2017 &  2018 seasons.
  • Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2017
  • Played summer ball for the Victoria HarbourCats (West Coast League) & Chugiak Chinooks (Alaska Baseball League).
  • High school standout in Crawford, TX, earning Class 2A Third Team All-State honors, First Team All-District, and Defensive MVP as a senior, while hitting .471 and leading his team offensively.
